Three Sisters Community Care LLP is a family run home care provider offering home care services to vulnerable adults, the elderly, over 18’s with learning disabilities and adults with mental illness. We offer a range of services including personal care, domestic service, sitting service, continuing care and companionship to enable our customers to retain their independence and dignity and for them to be able to live comfortably within their own home.
We are three sisters with a background of healthcare, management and sales all bringing different skills to the partnership.
Our company differs from other homecare companies as we pride ourselves in offering a high level of care, treating our clients as we would treat our own family.
We all have one common interest which is our business motto “let our family care for your family”. We aim to treat our customers the same way we treat our family, with compassion, respect and understanding.
Three Sisters also recognise that people are different and hence their care needs may vary, that is why we build care packages to suit individual needs.
We provide care within the Sandwell and West Birmingham area. We are a member of UKHCA and governed by the Care Quality Commission

About us
Service we provide
Three sisters offer a wide range of services tailor made to meet individual needs. The services we offer are listed below.
Once contact has been made, our trained staff will contact you via phone or email to carry out an initial assessment identifying your requirements.
We will then arrange for our care manager to visit you at a convenient time to discuss the package further.
A detailed patient assessment will be carried out and with your input we will create a care plan designed just for you.
We will ensure service users and their families are happy with the care plans before they are implemented
Our carers will continually monitor health requirements and care needs of customers. All changes will be reported and then communicated with the family and the customer and any changes to the care plan will be made accordingly.
Personal Care
Our highly trained staff can assist with a wide range of personal care tasks ensuring high levels of personal hygiene, a balanced diet and the correct management of medicines whilst treating all our customers with dignity and respect. Other tasks include:
•Assisting in and out of bed
•Washing – strip wash / bathing / showering
•Oral Care
•Hair Care
•Dressing
•Monitoring of skin and application of creams and lotions
•Preparation of meals – Our carers can prepare, serve and feed if required. Special dietary requirements can be met and daily intake can be monitored and recorded.

Sitting Service
Whether your care requirements are one off or on a permanent basis Three Sisters can provide experienced staff for:
•24 hour care / Live in care
•Respite / Holiday Care
•Short term emergency cover
•Weekly sit services
•Weekly outings
All packages can be tailor made to meet the needs of the individual.
Domestic Services
Our care staff can assist in a range of domestic duties performed to a high standard to aid your daily living. These include:
•Laundry (in your own home or taken out to a laundrette)
•Vacuuming
•Washing up
•Ironing
•Cleaning
•Changing of bed linen
• Shopping

Continuity care
We provide highly skilled staff that are trained to care for service users with a wide spectrum of medical requirements such as:

•Learning Disabilities
Our carers work alongside other members of the health care profession to provide the highest levels of care.
Companionship
Not all care packages are built around care or medical needs. We provide friendly, caring, trustworthy and passionate staff that can carry out activities and interests of your choice, such as:

•Conversation
•Watching films / Television
•Board / Card Games
•Bingo
•Reading
